Liam Farrell
Script Editor and Development Consultant

Liam is a writer, story editor and development consultant specialising in big-hearted animated comedy for upper-preschool audiences. He was Story Editor on series 3 and 4 of Supertato (BBC Studios/CBeebies) and Head Writer on series 2 of The Supertato Radio Show (BBC Sounds). He previously worked as a Staff Writer on Nella the Princess Knight (Brown Bag Films/Nick Jr.) and as Script Editor on Love Monster (CBeebies/Boat Rocker/UYoung).
With more than 15 years’ experience across multiple award-winning shows, Liam has worked in both animation and live action, adapting books, apps and other IP for a range of broadcasters and studios including the BBC, Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, YouTube, DreamWorks, Hanna-Barbera, Milkshake!, Nick Jr., Gulli, Super RTL, HBO Max and PBS. He is currently writing for several productions and development projects, including season 2 of the popular Mojo Swoptops (Blue Zoo).
