  1. Company information form (please complete and send this document)
  2. Company logo
  3. Image of company rep(s)
  4. Image of product e.g. programme/game still from the company

Please ensure that all the images are at least 300dpi (print ready).

And if you have provided a still of your programme or product, please let us know if it needs a credit line to accompany it.
