Refund Policy 2025
- If you notify us of cancellation by 4th July 5pm BST, then refunds are available. Please email contact@thechildrensmediaconference.com
- PLEASE NOTE: Eventbrite fees are non-refundable, so you will be refunded your ticket price minus the Eventbrite fee.
- If you notify CMC of your non-attendance after the event has taken place, then refunds are not eligible.
If the CMC is obliged to cancel the conference, the following Refund Policy shall apply:
You bought a CMC 2025 pass:
- If CMC 2025 is cancelled, you will be notified by email from CMC.
- If CMC 2025 is cancelled, you will receive a refund. can:
- get a refund if you want to cancel your ticket entirely.

- For all refunds, the following Eventbrite Admin Fee will be applied:
- Early Bird Rate £31.17+ VAT
- Self-funded Delegates, Small Indies, Under 30s and Students Rate £23.18 + VAT
- Full Corporate Rate £41.60 + VAT
- International Exchange £9.63
