This session features mini presentations and a debate on the ingredients for successful programme development. What processes are employed? Is it just about creativity? Is research or marketing input an expensive waste of time? It involves three speakers and panelists with widely different experience of developing children’s media properties from a creative and technology standpoint, an audience standpoint and from a brand development standpoint. Together they have been instrumental in numerous successes including The Mr. Men Show, Roy, Olivia, Picme, The Famous Five, The Tweenies and Noddy.
