The session will present detailed Eurodata research that shows what types of kids’ content works best in various key territories across Europe. This leads to a discussion on building new co-production opportunities – comparing and contrasting the potential for English language collaboration with recent successes in European drama co-production.
The opportunities in finding new sources of funding and building a brand with new audiences will come under consideration – as will the potential for growth in this are if the proposed live-action children’s tax incentive becomes law.
We’ll be asking our panelists what content and themes are embraced in Europe and worldwide? What are the benefits of a European co-production and what are the pitfalls?
