The digital native craves great content – and they don’t mind if they have to make it themselves, provided the process is easy, fun, entertaining, engaging and creates great results. But what can we, as content creators, learn from the coal-face of child-led UGC?

This session will showcase some examples of projects that encourage children to get creative. We will share experiences, tips, tricks and of course the pitfalls that we can learn from – directly from our audience’s creative experiences. Children now create film, games, online worlds, theatre sets, animations and TV from as young as 4 and sometimes with incredible results. How can we make the most of this revolution to offer them further creative experiences? How do they approach content creation and how can we provide the tools, platforms and techniques that allow them to achieve inspiring results?

And finally, what do their experiences as creators teach us about making content for them?
