Victoria is one of the UK’s leading Employment and Business Immigration lawyers and was a speaker at the CMC’s Brexit panel event in 2019. Over recent months much of her time has been spent advising on the practical implications of the Government’s Covid-19 related policy and guidance including on its impact on both self-employed and PAYE freelancers: in particular the self-employed income support scheme, Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme, and the effect of Covid-19 on immigration applications.
