Vickie O’Malley

Vickie O’Malley is a well-known and respected figure in the licensing industry. Having managed CPLG UK for more than a decade, in 2014 she set up own agency, Rockpool Licensing.

Vickie represents ‘Super Wings’, the pre-school hit from Chinese super-corporation Alpha Group; ‘Animal Jam’, the world’s No1 on-line social game for kids 95M registered users; ‘Tough Mudder’ the world’s No1 mud racing brand, and is UK & Eire rep for The Jim Henson Company and worldwide agent for ‘Brambly Hedge’, the classic children’s literary property.

Over her career, Vickie has managed some of the most successful consumer products programmes in Entertainment, Sport and Brands including ‘Despicable Me’, ‘Star Wars’, ‘Sesame Street’, ‘WWE’, ‘Star Trek’ and England Rugby.

Vickie joined CPLG in 2002 as one of the first retail specialists in UK licensing, leveraging her experience and relationships from former roles as Head of Trade Marketing at Hasbro UK and Advertising and Promotions for the Entertainment Division of Woolworths Plc.

Vickie’s experience as agent, licensee and retailer, gives her a rare and valuable perspective on the business of licensing.
