Tom has worked in the marketing industry for 15 years; spending half that time at media companies, where he started as a Sales Exec for The Independent newspaper and finished as the UK Head of Digital for JCDecaux. Since then he’s been at Ralph, a creative agency who make exciting campaigns and content for some of the world’s biggest brands (Netflix, Sony, Facebook). Tom oversees the commercial running of the agency, with a particular love for all things strategy and insight.
