Tessa has had a broad career in international brand development and marketing in the consumer entertainment sector, working for global brands including Philips, Virgin and Disney, where she was responsible for developing European growth strategies for Mickey Mouse and Winnie the Pooh amongst other evergreen franchises. Now at FremantleMedia, she works across the portfolio which includes preschool success ‘Tree Fu Tom’ and the breakout CBBC hit ‘Strange Hill High’. Previous roles in publishing, video games and having two teenagers keep her across developments in the kids’ and family space!
