Sinead Rocks

Sinead Rocks is BBC Learning’s Acting Controller. She leads the teams responsible for all content creation on TV, radio, online and face to face activity in Salford and at Learning’s bases in London & Bristol.

Sinead started her career as a news journalist at BBC Northern Ireland before joining the Children’s department where she worked for several years most latterly as Editor of Newsround.  Sinead has also worked as an exec for BBC Current Affairs where she led the Manchester network unit, overseeing content for BBC One and BBC Three and launched Rip Off Britain.
