Sarah Legg joined the BBC in 2004 after a brief but exciting career in the music industry managing the A&R department of influential record label ‘Good Looking Records.’ She has worked extensively for BBC Children’s during her time at the broadcaster. Following a stint in Factual Documentaries, she returning to CBeebies Acquisitions and Animation department in 2011. Since then, she has worked as Programme Executive on many of the channel’s most popular animations including ‘Peter Rabbit’, ‘Messy Goes to OKIDO’ and ‘Postman Pat.’

Diversity in the workplace should not be about boring quotas and ticking boxes: it’s about what fresh perspectives different types of people can bring to the table.
