Prior to joining FME, Schwartz was President, International Production for Sony Pictures Television International, overseeing all of Sony’s television production efforts outside of the United States, including development, production and sales of drama and comedy series, telenovelas, game shows, light entertainment and reality formats. Based in London, Schwartz was also responsible for growing the production auspices of SPTI in new markets worldwide.
Before joining SPTI, Sander was President of Warner Bros. Animation and responsible for the production of theatrical, television and made-for-video animated programming. As a producer, Sander has received multiple Emmy Award nominations from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, and was awarded a Daytime Emmy for his role in producing ‘The Batman’ series for Kids WB. He has also received numerous other awards, including the Peabody and the Prism Awards. Additionally, Sander has served as President. Sony Pictures Family Entertainment and EVP/General Manager of Columbia TriStar Children’s Programming.
