Director of Nations and Children’s

Rosina leads on Pact’s relationship with the UK’s nations and regions and the policy areas of children’s, animation and digital media, as well as EU policy issues including the digital single market and copyright. During her three years at Pact she has played a leading role within a range of successful campaigns, including securing changes to child performance legislation and the introduction of a tax credit for children’s live action TV. Rosina works closely with Tony Collingwood, the children’s lead on Pact Council and chair of Pact’s Children’s and Animation Working Group.
Before joining Pact, Rosina was a Senior Policy Adviser and Project Manager for the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB). She managed the organisation’s research programme and led on international trade policy. Rosina started her career in the UK Foreign Office.
