Head of Nations and Children’s
Rosina leads on Pact’s relationship with the UK’s nations and regions and the policy areas of children’s, animation and digital media; as well as EU policy issues including the digital single market & copyright. During her three years at Pact she has played a leading role within a range of successful campaigns, including securing changes to child performance legislation and the introduction of a tax credit for children’s live action TV. Rosina works closely with Tony Collingwood, the children’s lead on Pact Council and the Pact Children’s and Animation Working Group.
Before joining Pact, Rosina was a senior policy adviser and project manager for the Federation of Small Business (FSB). She led on international trade policy and published a report on the challenges to exporting facing the UK’s small business sector. She also managed the organisation’s research programme; which involved coordinating a business panel providing regular insights into small business issues including barriers to access to finance, skills and innovation. Rosina started her career in the EU Directorate of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. She has a degree in modern languages and a masters in international politics.
