Rebecca McNally leads the children’s trade publishing division of Bloomsbury, responsible for fiction, non-fiction, pre-school and picture books. Bloomsbury’s list of top-notch children’s literary talent includes J.K. Rowling, Neil Gaiman, Chris Riddell, Sarah Crossan, Katherine Rundell, Louis Sachar, Ben Cort and David Tazzyman. Prior to joining Bloomsbury, Rebecca worked at Macmillan and Puffin, where she acquired and edited children’s debuts by among others Meg Rosoff, Cathy Cassidy and Charlie Higson. Bloomsbury’s debuts for 2017 include ‘Kid Normal’ by Greg James and Chris Smith, ‘Countless’ by Karen Gregory and ‘No Filter’ by Orlagh Collins.
