Rachel Hoy, Research Director – Platypus Research

Rachel has been in market research for 18 years and has worked both clientside for Whitbread and M&S as well as agency side for Optimisa and Platypus. Rachel has wide experience of the child and youth audience having been instrumental in setting up a youth panel for a major high street bank. She has worked on projects concerning children’s finances and bank accounts, segmentation projects for media clients and NPD projects for the food and drink sector.
