Professor Lizzie Jackson

Lizzie is Director of Research and Enterprise in the School of Arts and Creative Industries, London South Bank University. She is also the Principal Investigator of ‘R&D-4-SMEs’ (2021-2023) a £6.2m European Regional Development project (ERDF) to create three networked sets of studios, production suites and co-working spaces in the South East of England. Researchers and SMEs will undertake collaborative research and innovation in virtual production for the moving image. Her research aims to support emerging forms of public service media whose audiences are often young people as ‘first adopters’. Lizzie is also the President of the International Association of Public Media Researchers.
