Dr Christine Horz-Ishak
In 2020 Christine was appointed professor for “Transcultural Media Communication” at the TH Köln/Germany. Her research topics are diversity in journalism, regulation and policies of public service media as well as migration and refugees in the media. She has previously worked as a senior lecturer and media policy advisor on media, migration & diversity, media participation and digital transformation of PSM. Since 2018, Christine is chair of the International and Intercultural section of the German Communication Association DGPuK as well as Vice-President of the International Association of the Public Media Researchers (IAPMR).
