Pauline Macnamara is a Commissioning Executive in RTÉ’s Young People’s Programmes department. Responsibilities include commissioning live-action programming and managing RTÉ’s animation slate. Before joining RTÉ, Pauline worked in the independent sector across entertainment, daytime and youth programming. She also worked as a production manager on the original Riverdance stage show and spent a year working on the start-up of the first national commercial radio station, Today FM. She joined RTÉ in 2005 and took up her current role in 2010.
