Executive Producer, Animation & Commissioning
Pauline is a Commissioning Executive in RTÉ’s Young People’s Programmes department where she commissions live-action programming from the independent sector and manages RTÉ’s animation slate. Before joining RTÉ, she worked as a producer in the independent sector for over 15 years across entertainment, daytime and youth programming. She joined RTÉ in 2005 as series producer in Young People’s Programmes, where she devised and produced a daily entertainment series, talent series, teen strand and a weekly chat show before taking up her current role in 2010.

Commissioner Conversations: International
This ninety-minute session will allow audience members to hear from international children's commissioners from around the world about how they make it happen in their home country and on their home network. Hear diverse opinions starting from your own backyard in Wales and Ireland and expanding outwards to representatives from Europe, North America and South America. Each individual will be asked to examine global trends in the children's media industry and offer insights as to how each network, media landscape, and respective country views them.
