Lead Strategist – Emerging Experiences, Product for Technology Strategy and Architecture
Noriko is currently advisor for business value and audience benefit of consumer focussed emerging technologies for products. Her current focus is assessing the opportunities and challenges of offering voice experiences in the UK and abroad. She product scouts and evaluates potential conversational partners from market leaders to start-ups; at the BBC’s newly formed Technology Strategy and Architecture department. The team focussed on transforming the BBC’s technology for the future.
Noriko was formerly at Sky, where she identified and evaluated the voice vendors who launched their conversational experience for Sky Q via the remote control. She was also the innovation lead for the Sky Kids App and advisor to the start up and investment teams.
