Natalie Llewellyn is Managing Director of Jellyfish Originals, the kids and family original content division of leading VFX and Animation Studio, Jellyfish Pictures. Natalie drives the development, rights management, financing and commercial strategy of its original IP and brings over 20 years’ media experience to the role across TV production, international distribution and consumer products.
Before joining Jellyfish, Natalie spent five years with Platinum Films, as Head of Global Strategy where she managed the international TV distribution, rights negotiation and consumer products roll-out of Matt Hatter Chronicles (CiTV/Nickelodeon) and Bear Grylls Young Adventurer. Prior to this, Natalie worked as Assistant Producer & Head of Creative Approvals on Everything’s Rosie (CBeebies) at V&S Entertainment.
Natalie also worked for ten years in live action drama for Bentley Productions (All3 Media) as Series Script Editor and Associate Producer on Midsomer Murders (ITV) and Producer on SAS drama series, Ultimate Force (ITV). During this period, she also headed up the TV Drama division for talent agency ARG Talent, developing and packaging event dramas such as The Crooked Man with Ross Kemp and BAFTA award winning, Ahead of the Class with Julie Walters.
Natalie sits on the jury for the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for Kids’ animation and is an active member of Animated Women UK, participating in the Helen North Achieve Mentorship Programme. A frequent speaker at international markets and industry forums, Natalie has headed up sessions for Animation UK, Children’s Media Conference, C21 Content London and MIPCOM.
