Martin Pope, Co-founder – Magic Light Pictures

Martin Pope began his career as a runner at the BBC taking Faye Dunaway her lunch. After producing on films including John Schlesinger’s BAFTA award-winning film of Alan Bennett’s ‘A Question of Attribution’, he set up his own independent company. Numerous feature films included ‘Lawless Heart’ (starring Bill Nighy), ‘Touch of Pink’; and ‘The Heart of Me’ (starring Helena Bonham Carter). For television he produced ‘The Turn of the Screw’ (with Colin Firth and Jodhi May) for ITV.
