Maddalena has been a researcher within the broadcast media industry for 15 years. Her career started at ITV and then after a period of time within commercial radio she then joined the BBC to work within the Marketing & Audience’s team managing research for all of the BBC’s Children’s and Learning output. Maddalena has a 4 year old daughter and a keen interest in the children’s audience.
