Lucy was appointed Sky’s first Head of Kids Content in 2015. She is responsible for all of Sky’s on demand kids content, a library of 5,500 episodes.
At Sky Lucy has commissioned new kids shows including ‘Aliens Love Underpants And…’ produced by Tiger Aspect , new episodes of ‘Morph’ from Aardman and a range of games and interactive content for the Sky Kids app.
Lucy has over 20 years of experience in developing and producing shows for children’s and family audiences. Lucy has worked on over 500 episodes of children’s shows ranging from ‘Horrid Henry’, ‘The Gruffalo’ and Aardman’s ‘Tate Movie Project’. Lucy has also provided strategic and creative consultancy for a diverse slate of clients from small indies to major international media groups. Prior to joining Sky Lucy was Creative Director and Head of Content at Azoomee, a UK video on demand platform. Lucy also worked at Acamar Films where she developed, co-wrote and exec-produced hit CBeebies show ‘Bing Bunny’.
