Lucy has worked on both the commercial and creative sides of the children’s media industry. She started out in international sales, co-production wrangling and IP acquisitions before moving into creative development, writing and production on award-winning projects such as Aardman’s interactive ‘Tate Movie Project’, ‘The Gruffalo’ and most recently as Executive Producer and leader of the writing team on hit CBeebies show ‘Bing’.
