Lucy is an expert in children’s apps and digital toys, as well as in UX and user testing. She is fascinated by the integration of physical and digital. Her research has helped to analyse how to optimise the UX, fun and benefits of connected toys.
Lucy is an active Associate for Fundamentally Children home of both the Good App Guide (which she created whilst a Director for the company) and Good Toy Guide. She also works as an independent consultant/researcher to support the development and marketing of apps from start-ups to large multinationals.
