Lloyd Mason is part of Sky’s Products Insight team, and over the last three years has led research across a variety of product strategy and development projects. Covering the evolution of Sky’s set top box and video app products from conception to delivery, Lloyd’s insight work has been at the heart of recent launches, including the Sky Kids app, Sky Q, as well as ongoing evolution of Sky+, Sky Go and Sky Store. Lloyd has worked in products strategy and research for past seven years.
