Lindsey Adams

Lindsey trained as an animator at the University of Teesside. After three years of applying for industry roles, she received her paid production role at DC Thomson. After a few years she worked her way up to Production Manager BAFTA-nominated ‘Dennis the Menace and Gnasher’ (CBBC, Nine Networks Australia) and the International Emmy-nominated ‘Ask Lara’ (BBC, TVC, VRPO) before relocating to Dublin to work on ‘Boj’ (CBeebies, PBS, RTEjr) and ‘Wildernuts’ (RTEjr, TinyPop).

In 2015 Lindsey founded Daily Madness Productions, a company dedicated telling stories that matter and supporting underrepresented voices in the industry, with a particular focus on promoting women both on screen and behind the scenes.

Since setting up the business Lindsey has continued to take on a Producer role for multiple companies and their animated shows including ‘Kiva Can Do!’ (Kavaleer Productions for RTEjr, Nickjr), ‘Space Chickens In Space’ (Gingerbread Animation for Disney EMEA, Nine Networks Australia), ‘Critters TV’ (Turnip & Duck for RTEjr), ‘Ollie’ (Ink and Light films for RTEjr, KetNet). In 2019 she also served as Consulting Producer on the Annie nominated Netflix Original CG series ‘Buddi’ (Unanico) as well as producing several projects for Axis Animation in Glasgow, Scotland.

In 2020, Lindsey produced and directed Daily Madness’s first IP series, a preschool show called ‘Pins and Nettie’ that she created alongside Shannon George. In 2021 Lindsey’s time is focused on launching an exciting new development slate of Daily Madness projects and producing the company’s latest series’ “Ray of Sunshine (26×7) and “Goat Girl” (52×11)… watch this space!
