Lesley Salem

Lesley Salem heads up Razor Kids – a specialist family unit at Razor Research. Razor Research already has a track record in helping brands grow. At Razor Kids, we apply the very same strategic rigour and commercial acumen when talking to children and their families and teasing out insights.

As well as being a mum of 3 teens, Lesley has worked with children, youth and families for over two decades, across several marketing disciplines – innovation, trends and qualitative research. Lesley is restless at finding new ways to extract rich insights and help younger audiences respond to conceptual ideas and stimulus in a meaningful and appropriate way. She also finds ways to integrate child psychology, educational and sociology models to aid analysis.

Her work has taken her all over the world, working with various media and entertainment brands, as well as FMCG and retail clients.
