Laura is Head of Audience Insight at Penguin Random House, where her team empowers the business in making consumer-focused decisions. Laura launched the first in-house consumer panel in publishing and has also developed Penguin’s consumer closeness initiative, now in its third year. She has particular responsibility for Penguin brand and campaign research and contributing to the growth of Penguin’s Audio publishing through audience understanding. Laura worked in the BBC Radio Audiences team for three years before joining Penguin Random House in 2013.
