Kirsty is research and insight manager at Yomego, a specialist social media agency based in Glasgow. She has practical experience in developing and executing social media campaigns and engagement strategies for large consumer brands (including Durex and Scholl) using the power of social media monitoring and insight. Shas a keen interest in emerging technologies and consumer behaviour, and manages Yomego’s Social Media Reputation scoring service, one of the first reporting frameworks to provide a benchmark for brand reputation on social media channels.
