Katharina leads the programming team at Nickelodeon UK, and drives all elements of programming strategy including sourcing new content, to ensure competitive ratings, and maximum audience experience across all linear and digital platforms. She and her team are also responsible for developing and executing strong schedules and media plans across the networks’ seven linear channels based on research insights and analysis. Katharina is one of those rare unicorns in kids media in that she has just recently joining the wonderful world of kids television. Prior to joining Nickelodeon, Katharina has held senior positions at Discovery Networks, Scripps Networks and NBC Universal, gaining significant experience in creating strong media experiences and audience brand connections across both linear and non-linear platforms.
