Kate Morton

With over 25 years’ experience in television, Kate is a well known and highly respected figure in the industry, with over 12 years  at Disney heading programming for multiple Disney and Disney Junior Channels internationally, and more recently at eOne working on content strategy for hugely successful kids titles including ‘Peppa Pig’, ‘PJ Masks’, ‘Ricky Zoom’, ‘My Little Pony’, ‘Transformers’ and ‘Power Rangers’.

Kate’s BBC role sees her lead on all BBC Pre-School programming.  She is responsible for all Commissions and acquisitions, from both in-house production teams and the independent sector – as well as for delivering outstanding content, products and on-screen talent across all platforms for audiences 0-6 years old.
