Senior Market Research Manager
Jessica has worked in the Market Research team at Ofcom for over six years and has experience running both quantitative and qualitative research projects. She is part of Ofcom’s media literacy research team and leads on Ofcom’s children’s media literacy research which includes overseeing Ofcom’s longitudinal tracking survey into children’s media literacy and ethnographic, small-scale qualitative research among children. Jessica is passionate about sharing Ofcom’s research and supporting the work of government, organisations and agencies through research. Jessica joined Ofcom in 2012 as part of the graduate scheme and has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
