Natural History Museum
Head of Commercial Intellectual Property
Helena Jensen had a background in marketing, broadcasting and journalism before moving into publishing. Before joining the Natural History Museum, she edited and published her way through the veterinary sector, Lloyd’s List, a shelfload of text books and professional STM books, BioTechniques, the most widely read scientific journal in the world, a stable of legal and intellectual property titles, and a spot of consumer trade publishing in cosmetic surgery and aesthetics. She joined the Natural History Museum as Head of Commercial Intellectual Property Development. One of the projects under her wing is an unusual ‘collaboration’ in dinosaur character books with Nurture Rights.
