Guy is Managing Director and Consultant at The Marketing Directors, a research and marketing consultancy specialising in creating and developing media properties and consumer products as brands. He has helped build many world leading brands including Agatha Christie, Mr. Men, the Tweenies, Match of the Day, the Famous Five and Walking with Dinosaurs. Guy is a Course Director for the Chartered Institute of Marketing and co-author of The Marketing Director’s Handbook. He started-out in brand management at Boots and then Procter & Gamble, managed business planning at Reader’s Digest before becoming Group Marketing Director, responsible for operations in 13 countries at media producer Softvision. He has international consulting experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers, strategic marketing consultancies New Solutions and KAE, before founding The Marketing Directors in 2005. He has a degree in Chemistry.
