Guy Gadney is co-founder and CEO of Charisma Entertainment with over 30 years experience in the games and digital media industries. He has produced Emmy and BAFTA recognised interactive products, and has pioneered narrative games, interactive experiences and virtual worlds.
With Charisma, Guy is responsible for implementing the company’s vision for AI enhanced storytelling systems, powering digital humans for clients including Warner Bros, NBCUniversal, SkyTV, BBC, Oxford University and a broad range of games companies and interactive storytellers, as well as producing Charisma’s own narrative game adaptation of the epic 1950s environmental scifi novel The Kraken Wakes by John Wyndham.
Guy is on the UK5G Creative Industries Working Group, on the Board of multi award-winning TechArt company Blast Theory, and a co-founder of The Collaborative AI Consortium, exploring the impact of new technologies on the Creative Industries.
