Gary was a schoolteacher before joining a change management agency as a learning designer working with BA, Diageo and Disney.
Whilst working for Disney, Gary realised the opportunity to create Kids Industries. Today KI has offices in London and CapeTown providing Insight, Strategy and Content to clients including Mattel, eOne, Warner and Disney.
Gary is a BAFTA Juror and has won two IPA Awards for Strategy.
In 2013 Gary led the redevelopment of Al Jazeera’s 7-12 Children’s Channel into a 360 proposition and Peppa Pig’s global digital presence including the two Number 1 App Store apps. Gary is a dad and a school governor.
