She specialises in establishing a creative vision for new properties, building them into global brands and commercial formats, to secure the best product and retail partners on launch. Previously Frances was Creative Director, BBCW, responsible for an extensive portfolio of entertainment, family and kids brands including ‘Doctor Who’, ‘Lonely Planet’, ‘In the Night Garden’ and ‘Charlie & Lola’.
