Eric has worked in children’s book publishing for over 15 years. His first ‘real job’ was as an assistant at Disney Publishing in Los Angeles where he worked for six years in a variety of editorial and creative roles. He then moved to Melbourne as managing editor for Penguin Australia. Then he became publisher at Australian toy company Funtastic’s new book division.
He now lives in London where he is publishing director for Penguin Children’s Media and Entertainment division, home of a very successful movie, TV and interactive tie-in publishing programme which includes books, ebooks, apps and other storytelling platforms behind Moshi Monsters, Peppa Pig, Doctor Who, LEGO and The Land of Me.
Eric will be a speaker in the “So You Think You Need an App” Workshop and also in MEET THE COMMISSIONERS: The Digital Revolution of Publishing
