Emily Keaney is Head of Media Literacy Research at Ofcom, where she manages a large programme of qualitative and quantitative research into the ways in which adults and children use, create and understand media.
Emily has combined research and policy analysis throughout her career, including in previous roles with the Communications Consumer Panel, The Arts Council and the Institute for Public Policy Research.
