President
David Kleeman is President of the American Center for Children and Media, an executive roundtable leading the US industry toward kid-friendly, sustainable practices. The Center promotes expertise sharing as a means for building quality, looking worldwide for best practices. David is Advisory Board Chair to the international children’s TV festival, PRIX JEUNESSE and in demand as a strategist, analyst, advisor and speaker, David has authored a major study on children’s public service media, two book chapters and frequent commentaries.
David is producing and presenting “SCREENING: Thinking Differently – Worldwide” and “SCREENING: Yesterday’s Couch Potatoes are Today’s YouTubers”. He will also be a speaker in the session “The Age of Innocence? Taste, Decency, and Self-Censorship”
