Charlotte Butterworth is qualitative MD of RED C Research in the UK office. She has over 25 years research experience and has specialised in media and entertainment research, particularly with younger audiences, across her career. Charlotte has been lucky enough to work with brands including Turner, Disney, Nickelodeon, Mattel, The Industry Trust, Into Film and NBC Universal to help put audiences at the heart of their decision making.
Charlotte is a passionate, hands-on qualitative researcher and brings insights to life for client stakeholders. Charlotte leads RED C UK’s response to COVID-19 through the longitudinal Families@Home qualitative study, which has explored the impact of lockdown on families in the UK, France and Italy. She is also actively involved in monitoring evolving research techniques to ensure qual approaches are fit-for-purpose in the COVID-19 and post-pandemic environment.
