Caroline has worked in the Research & Intelligence team at Ofcom for over eight years and has experience managing both quantitative and qualitative research projects. She leads the Children’s Media Literacy team who deliver longitudinal tracking studies into children’s use, understanding and attitudes of media. Caroline is passionate about this topic and keen to share Ofcom’s research to support the work of government, organisations and agencies.
Caroline joined Ofcom in 2005 having previously worked in both government and media companies for over ten years prior.
