Bay Clark,  Associate Director – Sherbert Research

Bay has had a varied career, starting out working with large FMCG brands such as Cadbury and Tesco working on brand strategy, advertising and communications and has spent time working for Waitrose on their various different grocery categories. Bay’s focus now is sniffing out the latest trends and developments within kids and teens, making sure Sherbert has a finger firmly on the youth pulse!

Amongst others, Bay has experience of brand positioning, NPD, creative and communications development, insight work and category management.

Out of work Bay keeps in touch with her inner teen hula hooping on Hampstead Heath and spending time in Brighton with her extended family and animals.
