My background is within Merchandising and Category planning , initially for Debenhams Womenswear , followed by Woolworths and Mothercare in Childrenswear. Latterly I was Head of the Mini club division.
Having taken an active interest in the Licensed Character business , I jumped at the chance of heading it up when the opportunity arose early last year. This involves working in one of the most rewarding areas of retailing.
