Anna Rafferty began her career at the start-up poster-child that was Lastminute.com, moved to a digital agenc, then managed web projects at the V&A before moving to Penguin Books, where she was MD of Penguin Books Digital for the past ten years. While there, she was responsible for Penguin’s digital publishing, websites, digital marketing, social media, apps, audio and new digital ventures. She currently spends her time as Chair of Culture24, on various BAFTA committees and consulting for interesting companies changing themselves and the world, in the arts, entertainment or charity sectors. She’s currently working on www.girleffect.org. She’s a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, a judge for various awards and a member of IADAS.
