Alan Hathaway, Managing Director – Discovery

With over 21 years’ experience of research for companies across a huge range of sectors, Alan is passionate about helping brands get closer to their customers. He has a passion for understanding young people, and has developed a number of techniques to get under the skin of today’s youth. Since 2010 he has led an annual project investigating how young people interact with media and brands, and has become an acknowledged expert on reaching and understanding this challenging – and fascinating – group.
